Our Restaurant

The Restaurant

Our restaurant has been part of Nordbornholms Røgeri since 2004 and has been expanded several times.

Every day, we offer our popular fish buffet featuring a wide selection of fresh fish, smoked fish, seafood, and specialties. The vast majority of the fish served in our restaurant comes directly from our own smokehouse.

In addition, we also offer a selection of à la carte dishes such as fish fillet with fries, hot-smoked salmon with rye bread, or the smokehouse’s take on a traditional Danish “stjerneskud.”

The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, with room for the whole family – big and small, young and old.

On some days we have many guests, so we recommend reserving a table in the restaurant.

 

The restaurant is located right by the cliffs, with unobstructed views of the Baltic Sea.

The delicious buffet, consisting of many delicacies and Bornholm specialties, is built around a large rock that rises up in the middle of the restaurant.

The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable with space for the whole family, and children have plenty of opportunity to play freely in the surrounding natural outdoor areas.
